Now is the chance to encourage friends and family to purchase, because in all reality homes sold in your state, town, or neighborhood has a POSITIVE effect on the market regardless of price. It creates demand, and eliminates supply, WOW it's that simple, who would of thought that boring professor from Econ 101 would of ended up making sense :)...
