In case you haven't heard the Parade of Homes runs through the 16th of May, Our CBH Parade home, the Arden, is located in Union Square, which is on the North side of Overland Rd. between Maple Grove and Fivemile. We would love for you to come check it out!
The inviting single level Arden features an open great room ideal for hosting company. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are combined into one expansive space great for entertaining. Cozy up with a book in the study or enjoy a summer evening on the patio. The master suite with a spacious walk-in closet is separate from the other bedrooms, providing a private and quiet atmosphere.
This year’s Parade of Homes is free to the public and open Mon-Thurs from 5-8pm, Fridays from 3-8pm, and Sat-Sun from 12-8pm - ending on May 16th.
