CBH HOMES: ADA and CANYON county prices on the RISE!!!
According to the Idaho Business Review "the average sales price of a home in Ada County jumped by $6,000. Even better, is that in Canyon County, that number increased to $12,000. Additionally, April’s 573 closings are the highest on record."
Attention!!! Calling all fence sitter...IT'S TIME TO JUMP!!!
this is a new fence sitter, hope she doesn't get comfy...
This is a very old fence sitter.... I sure hope he isn't still on the fence! I hope even more this isn't a picture of you!
Maybe a cat is the only ones that really belong on the fence...
This guy has to be day dreaming of leaving the land lord behind.....
And this one is by far my favorite! I am sure this guy already has "keys in hand" for that house behind him. And I'm willing to bet that he doesn't rent those keys, he owns them!
Prices are going up, interests are at an all time low! this is NOT going to last forever! The longer you delay, she shorter your dollar becomes! Please give us a call asap. 208-362-7785. To see the rest of this article from the Idaho Business Revies, please visit the link below:
