When most people out side the state of Idaho (and even inside the state for that matter) think about Boise being in the "top 25" most all minds go quickly to the "blue turf" and 2 time Fiesta Bowl Champs Boise State Broncos.
But today "Build Magazine" released their "Top 40 Healthiest Housing Markets for 2010 and guess where the great "City of Trees" came in...... NUMBER 24!! see below link!
This is exciting news across the board for our city and community, and we wanted to make sure that EVERYONE was aware of the strengh and direction of our housing market here in the "Treasure Valley".
The following is how far the Boise State football team has come in the last 3 years:
Final BCS rank of 2007: #24 (look familiar)
Final BCS rank of 2008: #9
Final BCS rank of 2009: #4
(and many have BSU as a possible National Champions for the 2010 year!
So with the strength and direction of our housing market where it is now, just think of the possibilites from 3 short years from now!
