On Tuesday morning the CBH sales force had the great opportunity to meet with the AMAZING AGENTS with GROUP ONE REALTY!!



It was great to set through that meeting and feel the excitement and energy that group of agents has every single day! Not to mention they sure know how to make some pretty amazing pastries over there as well!

But today "Build Magazine" released their "Top 40 Healthiest Housing Markets for 2010 and guess where the great "City of Trees" came in...... NUMBER 24!! see below link!



This is exciting news across the board for our city and community, and we wanted to make sure that EVERYONE was aware of the strengh and direction of our housing market here in the "Treasure Valley".

Final BCS rank of 2009: #4
